 Salina Engine is a full service machine shop specializing in race engines. Having amassed countless wins in all forms of dirt track (including sprint car, and late model) and in sportsman drag racing divisions let us put our knowledge to work for your program.​  

 Founded in 1963 Salina Engine has seen many changes in the market and in its market presence. Gradually Salina Engine began to build a reputation as one of the best race engine shops in the midwest.  Throughout the late 90's and early 2000's, Salina Engine had one of the most prominent reputations in the 360 and 410 sprint divisions. Over the years we have seen work from divisions ranging from NASCAR truck series to NHRA pro stock. Along with that Salina Engine has seen its fair share of NHRA comp eliminator engines as well as many all aluminum dirt late model engines.

In the late 2000's our focus shifted to other business opportunities and the volume of race engines we supplied declined.

However beginning in 2017 we have brought on new personnel and are back up to full capacity. Looking to pick up where we left off we have reestablished our connections with the industries top manufacturers, and are taking on work from all forms of racing.
